I love to drink smoothies at summer specially in mornings and when i want something chilled in hot evenings.
Tässä on pari herkku smoothie reseptiä.
Tykkään yleensä juoda smoothi:eita aamuisin ja sillon kun haluan juoda jotain kylmää kuumina päivinä.
Creamy Strawberry Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries (10-oz. package)
- 3/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.
Banana-Blueberry Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
Directions
- In a blender, combine banana, blueberries, and yogurt.
- Blend on high speed until smooth. Pour into two glasses; serve immediately.
